Order Confirmations
The first acknowledgement of your order confirms the order and payment have been submitted into our system. The payment will take 24 hours to fully process. The next customer order confirmation will be e-mailed 7 - 10 business days after the order has processed in our system. Be aware that the time frame may vary due to manufacturer response. The order confirmation will verify the vendor, style, size, color, quantity, and the estimated shipping time frame of your purchase.
The time frame provided in the confirmation is an estimate of when the manufacturer will be shipping the order to our location. Please be aware that this time frame is an estimate from the designer. Due to specific cutting dates of their styles, manufacturers do not guarantee their delivery dates. Ship dates are tentative and subject to change. Most often, orders arrive on or before their approximate ship date. On occasion, there may be a slight delay in production. This is rare and would not exceed more than a few weeks. Please allow the 7 - 10 business days for receipt of your order confirmation.
Payment Procedure
The payment of your order is due in full at the point of purchase. We do not offer any payment or lay-away programs.
Frenze Bridal accepts all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept , money orders, or cashiers checks for mail-in orders only. Be sure to mail the order and payment together at the same time. All mailed money orders, or cashiers checks should be made payable to: Frenze Bridal Frenze Bridal also accepts PayPal payments. Frenze Bidal cannot refund any portion of your payment or accommodate any exchanges. Once your order has been submitted, our vendors are unable to make any changes or modifications relative to style, size, color, or specific length, on an order.
Shipping

if you are placing an order for a wedding dress, bridesmaid gown, Quincenera, special occasion, prom, headpiece, jewelry, shoe, wedding accessory, or lingerie please be aware there will be a shipping and handling fee to cover the expense involved in the order of a garment. The fee will display during the online ordering process. Due to our liberal discounting policy, we are unable to absorb this fee.

All shipping addresses must be specific and complete. Please include business name, apartment information, and/ or suite number. Any changes to the shipping address must be made prior to our shipment of the order to you.
We can ship to Post Office boxes through the United States Post Office. We emphatically suggest you consider using your work address as the shipping address if there is no one available at you residence during the day to sign for and accept the package. While we strongly insist that the driver receive a signature at the time of drop-off, it is at their discretion to leave a package at an address if they feel it is secure. We ship Worldwide! Orders shipped outside the continental U.S. are sent via the United States Post Office . Shipping charges are dependent on the postal code and will display during the online ordering process.
NOTE: Our shipping rates cover our cost to ship a large box to other countries. It does not cover any customs or duty charges a country may impose on the receiver of the package.Additional Charges
Additional charges may incur for certain order specifications. The availability of these specifications is dependent on the designer. The charges reflect each designer's set fee and will vary between manufacturers. Also, designers may periodically alter their fees at their discretion. We recommend reviewing the information provided in How to Measure. Extra Size Charge: A charge may be applicable when placing an order for a garment size 18 and over. The charge will automatically display on the order form and will be added to your total price. Extra Length: Most designers offer an option for extra length to be added to the garment. The industry standard for dress length is normally 58" from hollow to hem although this does vary between designers. The available amount of extra length does vary between manufacturers. When considering the length of the dress, please account for the heel height that you will be wearing and how that relates to your height. The charge will automatically display on the order form and will be added to your total prices.
Selecting a Size
Each manufacturer offers their own size chart, which reflects how they cut their sizes. Please see Size Charts on our site. It is important that you follow the individual designer's chart to decide your size. Keep in mind that the measurements are taken to determine the closest size to be ordered and that the garment will not be custom-made to the exact measurements. Almost every gown will need some type of adjustment. Prior to selecting your size to order, we suggest reviewing the information provided in How to Measure. The designer will be unable to accommodate any changes to the size once the order has been placed. The customer is responsible for the size ordered and or whether or not to order special length. Frenze Bridal cannot assume any responsibility for measurements.
Available Colors
The available colors are displayed with our featured collections onsite. Colors can differ from how they are posted onsite since computer monitors do vary. We suggest contacting a retailer in your area to physically view the designer's swatch card prior to ordering for the best determinant. Please be aware that our manufacturers can not technically standardize dye lots, so the color you select can vary from the color you've seen as well as from one bolt of fabric to another. The variation is usually a shade or so off. We strongly suggest placing a bridesmaid order at one time with all of the dresses on the same order to avoid dye lot variation. Any bridesmaid orders placed separately or added-on to an order may be cut from a different bolt of fabric and vary in color from the other order(s). Also, dresses from different styles or dresses from different designers will vary in dye lot. Fabric orders are always cut from a different bolt of material than a dress order. Please be aware that dye lot variation between the fabric and dress order may occur and that we cannot guarantee a color match. It is important that you indicate the color you wish to order exactly as it is posted onsite. Many dresses are available in two-tone combinations and with trims. The customer is responsible for the color that is ordered.
Swatches
Designers provide retailers with swatch cards for in-store use only. We do not have swatches available to send out to customers and are unable to request any from the designer.
Completion of Order Form
It is imperative that the order form is completed in full. A Customer Service representative will contact the customer via e-mail if any information is missing. Please check your order before submitting, to omit anything the order asks for will result in a delay and could compromise a timely arrival.
Delivery
Special orders normally take 10 to 16 weeks for delivery from the designer to our location but delivery is dependent on the manufacturer's schedule. Manufacturers do not guarantee their delivery dates since their production can vary. Ship dates are tentative and subject to change. Quick delivery orders from the Quick Delivery Discount Dresses collections can normally take up to 4 - 6 weeks for delivery depending on availability.Our manufacturers address a 5-day workweek. There is no production done on the weekends, they observe all Christian and Jewish holidays as well as a specific vacation schedule. Please take this scheduling into consideration and allow plenty of lead-time for production and shipment of your order. Relative to the point of origin of the manufacturer and the new enhanced security measures mandated by the United States Government, goods being shipped into the country are taking longer to be processed by customs and could compromise the confirmed tentative ship date. Frenze Bridal implements a state of the art computer generated expediting system for all the orders we place. This program allows us to follow up and update the progress and tentative ship dates of every order on a routine basis. We have on-staff expeditors assigned to affect this process on a full-time schedule.
Rushes
Most of our designers offer a Rush service for orders that have been placed in a time frame that falls short of their standard production schedule. Rush does not imply that an order will be "rushed" into production ahead of other orders. Rush means, if time permits and the fabric of a particular style is available, our manufacturer will cut the order. Delivery for Rush orders is approximately 6 - 8 weeks from the designer to our location dependent on the manufacturer's schedule. The fee for the Rush service is dependent on the designer and will display on the order form and will be added to your total price. Rush service is not available for all designers.
When to Order
Special orders take 10 - 16 weeks for delivery from the designer. Delivery for orders from the Quick Delivery Discount Dresses collections are shipped to our location within 4 to 6 weeks of the purchase depending on availability. Please place your order as far as in advance of your wedding date as possible. By doing so, you will allow ample time for production and shipping. It also affords you a comfortable time frame to accommodate any alterations if necessary. Please note designers periodically discontinue their styles without advance notice to retailers. We do not provide alterations for online orders. We suggest contacting a professional seamstress/ tailor in your area experienced in bridal and formal gowns.
Arrival Of Order
Upon receipt of your order at our location, our Shipping Department will verify the order is correct and arrange for its shipment to your specified shipping address. Orders are shipped within the continental U.S. via the United States Post Office Priority Mail. Orders with expedited delivery are shipped within the continental U.S. via USPS Express. All orders outside the continental U.S. are shipped through the United States Post Office Global Express Mail. A shipping confirmation will be emailed verifying an order has been shipped to the customer. Please allow for 7 - 10 business days for domestic delivery from our location. Please allow for 7 - 14 business days for international delivery from our location dependent on customs. Note delivery may run sooner than these times frames and the customer will be notified by the shipping confirmation the day of the shipment from our location. Upon arrival of your order, we ask that you inspect your merchandise immediately. If you have any questions regarding your merchandise, you must contact our Customer Service Department within 5 days. Please be aware that we will automatically charge a customer account $100.00 if their order is refused upon delivery to their specified shipping address.

Frenze Bridal cannot take responsibility for the maintenance of any of our designer's collections. They alone determine which of their styles will be available and which styles will be discontinued from production. They reserve the right to change any style, color option, and order availability at any time. Our website is updated upon the manufacturer's notification. Please remember that all orders are final and cannot be cancelled. Under no circumstances can Frenze Bridal accommodate any exchanges or refunds. In addition, our manufacturers are unable to cancel or make changes to any order. The customer is responsible for the size, color, and any other specifications of their order. Frenze Bridal cannot assume responsibility for what the customer orders. Our Shipping Department verifies all orders are correct prior to shipment to the customer. If a customer should receive merchandise different from what they ordered, they can contact Customer Service for assistance within 5 days of receiving the order.
