Frenze Contest Entry

To be considered and chosen as one of our ten “Cinderella” prize recipients, you must be within the ages of 15 through 18, complete the entry form and submit an essay of no more than 500 words entitled “Why I qualify for the Cinderella Project.” All essays will be read by a committee at our corporate headquarters and ten special young women from Utah will be chosen and outfitted with a complete prom ensemble, compliments of Frenze Bridal!

Feburary, 23 2008 - Recipients will be chosen March 2, 2008.
March 23, 2008 - Recipients will be chosen April 6, 2008
April 23, 2008 - Recipients will be chosen May 4, 2008

Should I choose to send Frenze a photograph of myself on Prom night I hereby grant the right and permission to use and or publish the photograph or likeness of me in whole or part on the Frenze web site, in the Frenze store or in any media publications. I also release and discharge the company and person acting on behalf of Frenze from any liability by virtue of blurring, distortion, alteration, optical illusion, or use in composite that may occur or be produced in the use of said picture.
