Please check the sizes that you have been measured with the following size chart. Many manufacturers use different size charts therefore it is important to check this chart before placing your order.

Frenze does not and can't suggest a size unless measured in store.
We suggest having another person measure you for best results. Preferably a seamstress or one of our store professionals.
It is best that you are measured with all items you will be wearing that day including slips and undergarments.
Designers use the English Standard System when it comes to measuring dresses.

Online Policies:
You may return any wedding gown that you are not happy with for internet store credit. Returns must be done within 7 days of receiving the dress. You must contact us through the phone number listed on the site and talk to a representative before sending the dress back. Dresses will contain large tag on back of dress. If this tag is removed the item may not be returned. You will be charged a 30% restocking fee and you will be responsible for all shipping costs. You may not exchange this gown for another size. It is your responsibility to give accurate measurements of yourself before ordering. There are no returns or exchanges on Shoes, Prom Dresses, Bridesmaids Dresses, Jewelry, Lingerie, Mother of the bride gowns, headpieces, flower girl dresses, headpieces, or accessories.
All Sales Are Final. No dresses besides bridal gowns qualify for the return policies.

Measurements

Bust Measurement

Stand straight with your heels together and arms down at your side.
The measuring tape should cover the fullest part of your bust.
Do not pull tight on tape when measuring.

Waist Measurement

Standing straight, bend to your side. The bend is your natural waist.
Stand straight, keep heels together.
Place the measuring tape around the waist area.
Do not pull tight on tape when measuring.

Taking the Hip Measurement

Stand straight with heels together and arms down.
Measuring tape should be around the widest part of your hips.
Do not pull tight on tape when measuring.

Hollow to Hem

The Hollow to Hem measurement determines the specific length of the gown. This measurement is suggested for heights under or over 5’8”. It is important to wear the exact undergarments, slip that you will be wearing during the wedding day.

Stand straight with your arms at your sides.
Place the tape measure ¼” below the your neck and measure to the waist.
Measure from the waist to where you want the finished hem to go.
Place the measuring tape ¼” below the neck and measure to the approximate finished hem. If this measurement does not equal the total of the previous two measurements, repeat all measurements until the measurements agree.

More Information
