Online Policies: You may return any wedding gown that you are not happy with for internet store credit. Returns must be done within 7 days of receiving the dress. You must contact us through the phone number listed on the site and talk to a representative before sending the dress back. Dresses will contain large tag on back of dress. If this tag is removed the item may not be returned. You will be charged a 30% restocking fee and you will be responsible for all shipping costs. You may not exchange this gown for another size. It is your responsibility to give accurate measurements of yourself before ordering. There are no returns or exchanges on Shoes, Prom Dresses, Bridesmaids Dresses, Jewelry, Lingerie, Mother of the bride gowns, headpieces, flower girl dresses, headpieces, or accessories.
All Sales Are Final. No dresses besides bridal gowns qualify for the return policies.
